Dr. Charles Bolton’s book “William F. Winter and the New Mississippi: A Biography” has been published by University Press of Mississippi. It is the first biography of one of Mississippi’s most well-known statesmen. Bolton recently completed a series of readings in Mississippi to promote the book.
