Dr. Susanne Rinner (Languages, Literatures, and Cultures) is the recipient of the 2013 AATG (American Association of Teachers of German) Friend of German-German Educator Award. This prestigious award is given annually in recognition of exemplary leadership in the advocacy of German and German language education at the local, regional or national level. She will be honored at the AATG Annual Meeting held in conjunction with the ACTFL Annual Convention and World Languages Expo in November.
