Dr. Raleigh Bailey (CNNC) and Dr. Karen Wixson (Education) were part of a 10-person North Carolina cultural exchange delegation to Turkey in July. The program was planned by an organization of Turkish immigrants in our state. Earlier in the summer, Dr. Cathryne Schmitz (Peace and Conflict Studies) had been part of another NC delegation to Turkey. More information is in the CNNC newsletter.
