ORE-sponsored Internal Funding Awards go to full-time tenured or tenure-track faculty, clinical faculty, research faculty, and academic professional faculty – any rank.
The Community-Engaged Pathways and Partnerships (P2) Fellows program supports and advances community-engaged scholarship among UNCG scholars and community partners. The program provides funding and professional development opportunities to teams who are working in a context of reciprocity and mutual benefit to advance knowledge about and accelerate activities to address community-identified priorities.
The goals of the ORE Faculty Fellows Program (FFP) are to expand the fellow’s familiarity with ORE roles, structure, strategic and operational priorities, programs, initiatives, and activities; enhance the ORE administrative infrastructure, and develop the fellow’s research administration leadership capabilities.
Check back in January 2023 for additional information about future ORE Faculty Fellowship Program opportunities.

ORE will provide the unit/department with support for a one-course release per semester;
Summer salary (up to 1 month) for the Faculty Fellow may also be available. The awarding of summer salary will depend on the scope of work and activities the Fellow is engaged in.
Competitive applicants will be invited to participate in an interview with the Vice Chancellor, Associate Vice Chancellor, and current Faculty Fellow.
