Pay Project Participants

PAY NON-CONFIDENTIAL PROJECT PARTICIPANTS

• Complete a Vendor Taxpayer ID (W-9) form
• Submit a BANFIN-32 Direct pay Authorization form. (Don’t forget: Put “project participant” in the Commodity/Description field of the form.)

PAY CONFIDENTIAL PROJECT PARTICIPANTS

• Complete a Vendor Taxpayer ID (W-9) form
• Maintain a confidential disbursement log

GIFT CARDS FOR PROJECT PARTICIPANTS

• No W-9 required
• Instructions (look for “Gift Cards & Gift Certificates”)
