UNCG Research congratulates Dr. Patricia Reggio on her National Institutes of Health Senior Scientist Award. The $126,360 in renewal funding from the National Institute on Drug Abuse allows Dr. Reggio to spend 75% of her time on research.

Reggio will use the salary award to pursue her “Molecular Determinants for Cannabinoid Activity” investigations. The NIH has also awarded Reggio $233,250 for the project itself.
