In response to campus stakeholders’ requests, access to RAMSeS data and attached files has been extended to June 30, 2022. Access to the RAMSeS platform was extended so that users can easily compare RAMSeS data records to those migrated into Cayuse SP and download RAMSeS attachments.
On 12/08/2021, RAMSeS data were migrated into Cayuse SP. Details about the RAMSeS data that were migrated can be found at cayuse.uncg.edu. Any changes to a RAMSeS data record occurring after December 7, 2021, including file uploads, will not be reflected in the corresponding (legacy) Cayuse SP data record.
Plans to migrate RAMSeS file attachments into Cayuse SP are in development. Until June 30, 2022 users can download file attachments from RAMSeS. Announcements about file migration activities and Phase II of the Cayuse Research Suite implementation – including modernization of the SP platform and use of the Proposals module – will be forthcoming.
