Tonight at 7pm, Associate Professor Duane Cyrus presents “An Evening with the Creative Class.” The event is an opportunity to learn more about the artistic process and meet the talented people helping drive the vibrant artistic and creative sector of the Piedmont Triad. Admission is free and open to the general public.

The fall 2016 forum centers on “Artistic Voices in Response to War.” Audience members will meet artists exploring the evening’s theme in their work. The evening will feature performances, exhibitions, and a moderated panel discussion.

Aspiring artists, interested art patrons, professional artists, scholars, and anyone wanting a backstage pass to how art is created and impacts society are encouraged to attend.

The event takes place at 1408 Walker Ave, in the Coleman Building, studio 322.
