This FREE, casual and interactive monthly speaker series features “Under 30” entrepreneurs sharing their journeys to success. January features Michael Boyer, founder and managing attorney at Carolina Craft Legal, a Greensboro-based small business and administrative law practice focused on North Carolina alcoholic beverage law and innovative legal solutions for the creative class of local startups and entrepreneurs.

2 Minutes to Win It Pitch Competition

Saturday, February 11 – Submission deadline

Thursday, March 23 at 3pm at HQ Greensboro – Finals and NCEC Awards Banquet

In our 6th year hosting this competition, 20 local college and university student finalists have 2-minutes pitch their business ideas to judges (YOU!) for over $2,000 in cash and other prizes. We’re looking for local entrepreneurs and business leaders to judge, followed by an awards banquet at 5pm where we’ll award the winner, as well as the UNCG Student Entrepreneur of the Year and the recipients of the UNCG Forge Makership.

ArtsRevolution is a celebration of the Triad’s multi-faceted art community on Saturday, April 1, 2017 at Revolution Mill in Greensboro. The morning kicks off with business-savvy educational workshops artists helping artists turn their passion into a profitable business, followed by an evening of 30+ live performances in a festival atmosphere with food trucks, beer and wine, artsy experiences and more.
