Researchers at UNCG are interested in whether sleep is associated with hydration status, stress levels, food intake and physical activity in Black/African American adults aged 18-29 years.

To guide their research plans, they would like you to complete a short survey (20 questions) that asks about various factors in your life that may impact your sleep.

This survey will take you approximately 15-20 minutes to complete. Your responses will be used to inform the team’s research, so that it is meaningful and likely to be successful! No identifiable information will be collected, and you will not be contacted by the study team again in relation to your responses.

To complete the survey, please click here.

Thank you in advance for helping this research team. If you have any further questions related to the survey, please feel free to contact Dr. Jessica McNeil at jnmcneil2@uncg.edu. IRB Number: 21-0411
