We are please to announce the opening of our Internal Research Awards competition for the 2024-25 academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain recognition and funding for your innovative research and creative projects. Below, you’ll find all the essential details and important dates to help you navigate the application process.
Projects are funded up to:
- $5,000 for individual applicants
- $10,000 for collaborative projects submitted by two or more UNCG applicants
- $25,000 for larger interdisciplinary collaborative projects submitted by two or more UNCG applicants from different departments
Important dates:
- FY25 funding period: March 2025 – August 2026
- Submission period opens: September 9, 2024
- Application deadline: October 21, 2024 at 5:00 p.m.
How to apply:
- Visit the Internal Research Awards page for detailed guidelines and application forms.
- Prepare your proposal according to the provided criteria.
- Submit your application through the designated online portal before the deadline.
Workshops on applying successfully:
- September 16, 3:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
- September 17, 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- September 20, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
