Innovation is the guiding force that drives the leadership strategy of Nicole Hall, director of Career and Professional Development (CPD) at UNCG. Hall oversees a group of career coaching, employer relations and operations support professionals, who work together to support students in their professional development and employment acquisition journey. The team provides services that educate, counsel, and engage students in career planning and decision making, experiential learning, continuing education, and employment search activities.

“Independents are the single largest and fastest growing group of voters in the nation,” says Dr. Omar Ali, historian, political analyst, and dean of Lloyd International Honors College at UNC Greensboro.
