Dr. Raleigh Bailey (Office of Research and Economic Development) received a competitive renewal of funding from the North Carolina Commission on Volunteerism and Community Service for the project “AmeriCorps ACCESS Project.” The purpose of this project is to help immigrants gain access to human services, build bridges with mainstream society, and assist immigrants with acculturation leading to self-sufficiency.
