Dr. Jewell Cooper (Teacher Education and Higher Education) received new funding from NC Ready for Success for the project “Implementing CCSS and WIDA in Secondary Math Instruction”. Building upon the existing collaborative relationship between UNCG and Ben L. Smith Professional Development High School, this project aims to feature the team of mathematics teachers’ interpretation and successful implementation of the Common Core State Standards and World-Class Instructional Design and Assessment standards in secondary mathematics instruction through a series of web-enabled videos.
