Robin Remsburg, dean of UNCG’s School of Nursing, spoke to Fox 8 News reporter Carter Coyle about plans for the Downtown University Campus that would be shared by area universities. The idea is to increase opportunities for students and keep costs down by sharing a common campus. Nursing will play a large part in plans for the new campus, which is expected to include a simulation facility for student nurses and serve students pursuing UNCG’s Doctor of Nursing Practice degree.
