The North Carolina Entrepreneurship Center (NCEC) will host the 3rd Annual UNCG Entrepreneur Day on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in partnership with Alumni Relations and the Career Services Center.
Entrepreneur Day is a great way to enhance external engagement efforts by bringing successful business owners and non-profit directors into classrooms. More than 40 classes from all across campus have participated in each of the last two years, and NCEC hopes to expand that number significantly in 2014.
As a result of Entrepreneur Day, many of the previous guest speakers have increased their giving, served as mentors to students, hired students, and increased their participation in other UNCG programs.
There are plenty of successful entrepreneurs in all fields interested in sharing their experiences, but NCEC needs your help in encouraging more faculty members to participate. The NCEC team will handle speaker recruiting, logistics, and speaker hosting for the day. Click here for more information and a partial list of past guest speakers.
This is a great opportunity to help connect more successful entrepreneurs with our students, faculty and staff. NCEC is actively seeking faculty and staff to be part of this annual university wide event.
